I went to a few bed shops here in Whangarei, lay on them for so long I was nearly given a blanket. I seen a lot of advertisements from luxury beds, I read every single review. Finally I. Sled a question via the sight and less than 10 minutes later I was talking to a lovely lady called Kim. So so helpful, I ordered a bed and they got it couriered up to Whangarei. The delivery company were fantastic especially their communication. Kim was also fantastic, her communication was exemplary, made it feel so right making this purchase. I love my new bed, would definitely be a company I will promote above any other when it comes to beds and customer service.

The bed is very good, Im very happy with my purchase. However I would like to have had better communication advising delivery before the 20min phone call from the transport company. The truck driver was extremely accommodating.

We recently purchased our new firm mattress from this company, and were not disappointed. The mattress is very comfortable and gives excellent support. The price was excellent for a very good quality product. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and we were invited to try the beds out. We were also given some lovely bedding and blankets which were greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, thank you for your great service. Very, very happy with the beautiful single bed we bought from Luxury Orthopaedic Beds! I ordered the wrong size at first, a king single, which was just too big for the space we had. Great value for money

We recently purchased a king-size mattress with the drawer base from this company and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Originally, my partner wanted the firm mattress while I preferred the soft, so we compromised and chose the medium. It turned out to be the perfect choice for both of us!

We've honestly been having the best sleep ever since. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive, and the drawer base has been fantastic with all the extra storage it provides.

The customer service was exceptional too. We had the bed delivered, and the store contacted us the very same day we ordered online, to arrange delivery, making the whole process quick and easy. As an added bonus, we even received some free bedding, what a score!

This is the second bed i have bought off you the first was a too high but was so comfortable when i did got up on it however this second bed is really beautiful I cannot fault it having great sleeps and actually sleeping in.

The best decision we made, no more aching bodies in the morning and good night sleep.

I purchased the Queen soft bed. It was delivered promptly to a rural address. The bed is as expected, luxurious. My sister had purchased a long double previously so went with her recommendation. Very happy sleeper.
