1. Eligibility

 

This promotion applies to the purchase of an Orthopaedic Merino mattress, or Orthopaedic Merino mattress and base, in the following sizes:

Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, Super King, and California King, purchased from Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd during the promotional period.

Offer applies to new orders only.

Bedding pack inclusions are determined by the qualifying mattress size purchased at the time of order.

 2. Promotion Period

This promotion is available while stocks allocated to the promotion last.
 

Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time; however, all qualifying orders placed prior to withdrawal will be honoured.

3. Luxury Bedding Inclusions
 

The promotional Luxury Bedding Pack is included with qualifying purchases and has a total estimated retail value of up to $3,000 depending on mattress size and promotional items included.
 

Maximum stated value applies to qualifying California King purchases only. Total bundle value varies depending on mattress size and included items.
 

Not all purchases will receive the maximum stated value.

Bundle values are based on the estimated retail value of the included promotional items as determined by Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd.

Items are subject to availability and may be substituted with products of comparable quality and similar estimated retail value.

Promotional items are supplied in conjunction with a qualifying mattress purchase and do not form part of the purchase price allocation for the mattress itself.

The Luxury Bedding Pack is supplied as a promotional inclusion and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or credit, or returned for refund except as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

4. Exclusions
 

Standard mattress delivery charges apply and are not included in this promotion.

5. Delivery / Collection
 

The Luxury Bedding Pack may be collected from the Hamilton showroom or couriered once the qualifying order has been placed.

Promotional items may be delivered separately from the qualifying mattress purchase.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.

6. General
 

Normal product warranties and rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to purchased mattresses.

Consumer Guarantees Act rights also apply to the promotional Luxury Bedding Pack where applicable; however, no additional manufacturer’s warranty is provided for promotional items unless expressly stated.

Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline fulfilment where these terms and conditions are not met.
