Luxury Bedding Pack – Valued at up to $3,000 

1. Eligibility

  • This promotion applies to the purchase of an Orthopaedic Merino mattress, or Orthopaedic Merino mattress and base, in the following sizes: Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, Super King, and California King, purchased from Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd during the promotional period.
  • Offer applies to new orders only.

 2. Promotion Period

  • This promotion is available while promotional stock lasts. Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time; however, all qualifying orders placed prior to withdrawal will be honoured.

3. Luxury Bedding Inclusions

  • The promotional Luxury Bedding Pack (valued at up to $3,000) includes the following items, depending on mattress size:

  • The stated value is based on the recommended retail prices of the included items when sold separately.

  • Items are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable products of equal or greater retail value.

  • The Luxury Bedding Pack is supplied as a promotional inclusion and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit.

4. Exclusions

  • The stated value is based on the recommended retail prices of the included items when sold separately.

  • Items are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable products of equal or greater retail value.

  • The Luxury Bedding Pack is supplied as a promotional inclusion and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit.

6. Delivery / Collection

  • Standard mattress delivery charges apply and are not included in this promotion.
    The Luxury Bedding Pack may be collected from the Hamilton showroom or couriered once the qualifying order has been placed.

 7. General

  • Normal product warranties and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 rights apply to purchased mattresses.

  • Consumer Guarantees Act rights also apply to the promotional Luxury Bedding Pack where applicable; however, no additional manufacturer’s warranty is provided for the promotional items.

  • Luxury Orthopaedic Beds Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline fulfilment where these terms and conditions are not met.

  • $50 Deposit requires payment of freight when full payment is made if the bed is not otherwise collected.
