It's soft but firm enough, it's high which is what I wanted the black on the base looks smart. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a bed and ended up needing one within a few days. We’d been to four bed shops and we’d found another reputable brand we both liked, but the turnaround was 4-10 working days to receive the bed (not unreasonable but of course, this purchase became urgent).
I ended up driving from Auckland to Hamilton just to double check the reviews were accurate - let me save you a trip, they are accurate!
We used to have a Sealy (top tip, order their firm if you like Sealy), but found we enjoyed the Sleepmaker, because, you know, 40’s haha….
we ordered a medium from luxury beds and it was delivered into our bedroom 2 days later by lovely, polite and strong delivery men.
We are very pleased with the quality, service and speed at which luxury beds were able to help us find the perfect bed.
I am quite particular and my husband loves a good deal, so if this sounds like you….. BUY NOW 😍🤣
